By using aeaspractice.com ("we", "us", "the site") you agree to these terms. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should be the one purchasing and agreeing on your behalf.

What this site is

AEAS Practice is an independent exam-preparation resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by AEAS (Australian Education Assessment Services), nor by any school that uses the AEAS test. Practice questions are written to match the real test's format, not copied from official AEAS material.

Accounts

Sign-in is by email magic link, so there's no password to manage or leak. Keep access to your own inbox secure, since anyone with access to it can sign in as you. One account is for one student; please don't share an account's purchased access across multiple students. An account can be signed in on 2 devices at a time; signing in on another device signs out the one used least recently. We may sign out devices or restrict an account if it looks shared.

Purchases

Every product on this site is a one-time purchase, not a subscription: pay once, keep access to that module and level indefinitely, tied to your account. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. See Pricing for current prices.

Refunds

Every module's tests 1-2 are free to try before buying, so you can check the format and difficulty match what you need first. If something's genuinely wrong on our end (a purchase that didn't unlock, a duplicate charge), email [email protected] and we'll sort it out. Refund requests are handled case by case.

AI feedback

AI feedback on writing and speaking answers is generated automatically and is meant as a study aid, not an official assessment. It is not AEAS's own scoring, is not produced or reviewed by AEAS, and should not be treated as a prediction of your real AEAS result. Copyright

Everything on this site, including the practice tests, questions, explanations, model answers, word lists, recordings, guides and printable PDFs, is protected by copyright. It is for your own personal study only. You may not copy, share, republish, sell or distribute any of it, in whole or in part, including as screenshots, photos or documents, without our written permission. We may suspend or close an account that does this.

Printing

If you've unlocked a module, you can print its tests for your own study. Each printed copy shows your name and a reference code that links it to your account, and you can print up to 10 tests in 24 hours and each test up to 3 times. Printed tests must not be copied, shared, sold or published, including as photos or scans. If we see signs that printed tests are being shared, we may switch off printing on that account; online practice is not affected.

Parent reports

You may add the email address of your own parent or guardian only. They receive a weekly report about your practice and a private link to your progress page; anyone with that link can see it, so it's meant for them alone. They can stop the reports at any time, and you can change or remove their email in your account.

Acceptable use

Use the site for your own study. Don't scrape, republish, or resell the content, and don't attempt to circumvent the paywall or credit system.

No guarantee of results

Practising here is intended to help you prepare, but we can't guarantee any particular AEAS score or school placement outcome; that depends on many factors outside this site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. Material changes will update the date at the top of this page.
