About AEAS Practice

AEAS Practice is an independent practice site built around the real format of the AEAS test -- Vocabulary, Reading, Writing and Speaking for Years 4-6, 7-9, and 10-12, plus a full word list and word-skills units. 603 practice modules, 14,992 questions and prompts, all marked instantly against a real answer key.

Why it exists

Families preparing for AEAS -- mostly moving from Asia into AU/NZ boarding and day schools -- often can't find practice material that matches the real test's actual question types: AEAS's own 5-word vocabulary pools, its strictly binary True/False reading questions with no "Not Given" option, the genre-specific writing prompts, the year-band-specific speaking format. Generic ESL test prep doesn't cover any of that. We built the practice we wished existed.

AEAS Practice is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by AEAS (Australian Education Assessment Services), nor by any school that uses the AEAS test. Every question here is written to match the real test's format and difficulty -- none of it is copied from official AEAS material.
